Finding good targets can be expensive so print your own for around $0.10/ea. If you want to test yourself, try shooting a 8" circle at 15 yards. If you can put 16 of 20 bullets within a 6" spread, you're a good enough shooter to qualify as a NRA Pistol Instructor!
Try this to develop speed in target acquisition while reloading: set up the two 4" circle target at 10 yards. Start from compressed high ready, then fire once into the top circle, reload, & fire once into the bottom circle. This is a low round count, high return practice.
For multiple targets with a reload: set up the 3" horizontal circles at 5 yards. Start from compressed ready, then fire once into the top row, reload, & fire once into the bottom row. After each perfect run, increase the target distance by 1 yard until failure.
What fun training ideas can you come up with?
See you on the range!
